Frequently Asked Questions
Where are you based? We are based in Maryborough QLD (Australia) and all orders will be shipped from that location.
What are your processing times and what do they mean? Our processing times change throughout the year for different reasons such as during sales, holidays and based on our current workload. You can find our current processing times for different products on their category pages. Your order will be shipped during that timeframe.
When will I receive my order? The date that you may receive your order depends on which shipping method you selected. You should refer to our Shipping Page for more information on shipping methods and ETAs. Remember that the ETA starts from the first business day after your order is shipped and does not include the processing time.
How will my order be packaged? All orders are packaged to reduce the risk of damage due to weather and during transit. Stickers and planner inserts are packaged in cello bags and in a cardboard stiff mailer. Orders larger than envelope size (larger than 2cm thick and/or bigger than A4 size) will be posted in a box or poly postal bag.
Which postal company do you use to ship orders? The postal company that we use for your order may vary depending on price and current delivery estimates although we usually post orders using Australia Post. If you wish to know which company we will use for your order, please contact us.
What happens if my order is lost/damaged? While we take every precaution to avoid damage or loss during transit, we take no responsibility for damaged or lost orders. For extra protection please choose a registered/tracked postage option so that we may follow up with the postal company in the unlikely event that your order is lost or damaged during transit.
ABOUT THE STICKERS
What size are your sticker sheets? We have multiple sizes of sticker sheets and these measurements are listed on each individual product. Our REGULAR sheets measure approximately 8.5cm x 9.5cm and our LARGE sheets measure approximately 9.5cm x 17cm.
What is your sticker paper like? We currently have three different sticker papers to choose from - Standard Matte (Removable), Glossy (Permanent), and Premium Matte (Permanent). More information on our paper can be found by clicking here.
DISCOUNTS & SALES
Where can I find information about your sales and discounts? We will post all information about current sales on our Facebook Page. The best place to be to hear about exclusive sales and discounts is in our VIP group on Facebook.
REFUNDS, REPLACEMENTS, ETC
Do you refund/cancel orders due to change of mind or incorrect ordering? We do not accept any refund, cancellation or exchange requests if you change your mind, mistakenly order the wrong product, or do not read the product description in full. The reason for this is that all of our products are made-to-order and/or personalised.
What if my product is faulty? If you receive a damaged product or products please contact us immediately so that we can look in to this and replace if necessary. Please note that refunds, replacements and store credits may be given at our discretion and you may be required to provide photographic evidence and/or return the affected product/s before these are processed.
How will I receive my refund? Under Australian law orders will only be refunded using the same payment method you used to place the order.
